Yes! Overnight guests are welcome. Guests staying longer than two consecutive weeks require approval from the management office.

Both communities provide 24-hour emergency maintenance services. If you experience a maintenance emergency outside normal office hours, call the designated emergency maintenance number for assistance.

Yes! Residents have access to an online resident portal and mobile app where they can make rent payments, view account balances, submit maintenance requests, set up automatic payments, and manage their lease online.

Residents can make payments through the online resident portal or mobile app. Personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders are also accepted at the leasing office. Cash is not accepted.

Parents or other authorized individuals may be able to make payments through the resident portal. If a parent is listed as a guarantor on the lease, they receive their own portal access. Residents can also grant payment access for one-time or recurring payments through the portal.

Applicants age 18 and older must provide two forms of identification and two months of recent pay stubs as part of the application process.

A guarantor is only required if an applicant does not meet the community’s income or credit qualification requirements.

Application approvals may take anywhere from a few hours to several business days, depending on how quickly the required background screening and verification are completed.
